1. What does the Polyreels 3D printing service offer?
We are a service company that enables customers to have three-dimensional objects and models produced by us using 3D printing technology.
2. What kind of objects can I order from Polyreels?
We produce prototypes for industry, models for the cultural sector and for the private sector. From small objects that enrich your everyday life to replicas and products for your large-scale project.
3. What materials do we offer?
Plastics such as PLA, PTEG and ABS, resins for stereolithography printing, as well as flexible materials such as TPU or composite materials such as PCF.
5. How does the ordering process at Polyreels work?
The ordering process includes the following steps:
a. Submission of your 3D model.
b. Selection of the desired material and printing parameters.
c. Cost estimate and payment.
d. 3D printing and quality control.
e. Post-processing

6. How long does it take for my printed parts to be ready?
Our processing time for an order is usually 7 working days, plus a dispatch time of 2-3 working days nationally and 3-7 working days internationally. We dispatch the parts immediately after completion. If you require faster processing, we also offer a chargeable express service, which prioritises order processing and thus shortens the processing time.
The production time may vary depending on the order volume.
7. Can I influence the quality and accuracy of my printed parts?
The quality of the file provides the basis for the printed model. You can also achieve a more precise appearance of the model by selecting a lower layer height.
8. What are the costs for the 3D printing service?
The costs vary depending on the material, size and complexity of the model. Please contact us and we will let you know the individual price for your project immediately. A cost calculator will soon be added to our website.
9. Is there a minimum order quantity for 3D printing services?
No, we also accept individual orders.
10. What post-processing options are available?
Depending on requirements, post-processing such as assembly (e.g. of melt-in nuts), smoothing or surface treatment can be offered after 3D printing. Send us a message and we will get back to you with a quote as soon as possible!
